Before placing any order with Box Boutique please take the time to go through our sizing charts and to ensure that you place your order accordingly. If there are any details regarding your order that we should know please state this in the notes section of your order when you check out or email us at with your order number and notes regarding your order.

No items that are custom made to order (personalised/size specific) are eligible for return/refund unless there is a defect of goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

Box Boutique has a detailed quality control process which is followed and completed before each order is dispatched from our premises. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with an item in your order this needs to be photographed and emailed to within 7 days of receiving your order whereby we will be in touch to assist you further.

If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will:

refund the cost of return carriage;

repair or replace the Goods as we choose.

Box Boutique will only offer to replace or refund your order where the item has demonstrated a major fault that cannot be repaired by us and that the damage is due to factory default. No exchanges or refunds will be offered if we deem that the damage to the item was caused in any way by the client.
